At Blankova, we want you to shop with confidence. Eligible purchases may be returned free of charge within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify, the item should generally be:
- In the same condition in which it was received
- Unused and undamaged
- Complete with included accessories or components
- In its original packaging when reasonably possible
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

Free Returns
Blankova provides free return shipping for eligible returns accepted under this policy. Please follow the return instructions provided by our customer service team.
Returns sent without authorization may experience processing delays.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order after delivery.
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, contact us promptly and provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs when appropriate.
We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution, which may include replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products may not qualify for return, including:
- Personalized or customized products
- Gift cards
- Products damaged through misuse or improper care
- Items specifically identified as final sale where permitted by law
This does not affect rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Refunds

Original shipping charges are not applicable because Blankova provides free standard worldwide shipping.
Exchanges
For defective, damaged, or incorrect products, contact our customer service team. Where appropriate, we may arrange a replacement.
For standard exchanges, we may recommend returning the original item and placing a new order.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or modify an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered processing or shipment, cancellation may no longer be possible.
